Your first visit + your plan
A comprehensive 60-minute visit. Your history heard in full, your labs interpreted line by line, and your personalized plan built - nutrition, lifestyle, and prescriptions including HRT when clinically indicated.
Your ongoing rhythm
A 3-month recheck confirms everything we are working on is actually working - including that you are absorbing your hormones. Then quarterly visits with your clinician, quarterly health coaching, and direct messaging with your care team.
