Stratos Functional Wellness ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to marystratos.com and does not replace the separate Notice of Privacy Practices you receive as a patient, which governs your protected health information under HIPAA.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us through forms on this site (name, email, and anything you choose to share about your health goals), and basic technical data your browser sends (such as pages viewed), used to improve the site.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule a discovery call, send information you request, and, if you opt in, occasional educational emails. We do not sell your information.

Health information

Details you share through a website form before becoming a patient are treated as confidential but are not yet protected health information under HIPAA. Once you become a patient, your health information is protected under HIPAA and our patient Notice of Privacy Practices.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our scheduling, email, and website hosting tools), each bound to protect it, and when required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and can ask us to access or delete the contact information you have given us by emailing hello@marystratos.com.
